Angie’s Tyres and a Time Slip
It is almost twenty years since the following incident occurred, and it still feels unbelievable. My medium friend, Angie Kruger, was staying with me for a long weekend break. During that visit, Spirit was definitely watching over us, particularly Angie.
The morning of Angie’s last day was very ordinary. Angie was upstairs in the guest room packing, whilst I was in the kitchen preparing breakfast. It was raining heavily and was quite chilly outside. Angie and I had talked about running a psychic development workshop at my home later that year, and I was thinking about who we might invite, when suddenly a voice in my head said, “If you don’t check her driver-side front tyre, she will have a fatal accident on the M4 between Port Talbot and Swansea and will never make it back here.”
What an odd thing to say! I thought, presuming that the voice belonged to either Archangel Michael or Richie, Angie’s spirit guide. I decided to check the tyres when Angie came downstairs. Moments later as I listened to her footsteps walking along the corridor to the kitchen, a spontaneous image of a coffee stain on the sheet covering Angie’s mattress popped into my head. Somehow, I had flipped forward in time and observed myself changing the sheets a few hours later.
“Don’t worry, it’s not gone through to the mattress,” I said, as Angie walked into the kitchen.
Angie stopped short, a surprised look on her face. “How do you know I spilt coffee on the sheet?” she asked.
When I told her I had flipped forward in time to when I was changing the sheets, Angie just said, “Oh, okay,” as if it was something one did every day. Then again, we both knew that “down the rabbit hole” people are capable of some pretty weird stuff.
“Oh, and we have to check your tyres before you leave,” I announced as Angie sat down to eat her egg on toast.
Angie grimaced. “It’s raining. “I’m not going out there in that. And besides, my tyres are perfectly okay.”
“Well, you’re not having your egg until you’ve checked them,” I said firmly.
After a short argument, I marched Angie to her car, feeling like a parent dragging a rebellious child to the dentist. But her attitude soon changed when, on inspecting her tyres, we found a nasty split—exactly where my spirit voice had warned me!
Angie was contrite and apologised for not listening, but she explained that her guide Richie had also told her she had a tyre problem and she had taken the car to a garage before she left, but they had found nothing.
How can one explain such a thing? One can’t.
But in conclusion, I believe our loved ones visit us after they have passed, particularly when there has been a loving connection in our lifetime and we are in times of distress.
